We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist who will report to the Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Marketing team by performing a variety of duties associated with our corporate and local marketing initiatives. Serve as the liaison for select markets for all marketing requests

Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing materials and ad requests to market leadership

Contribute to the development and execution of media campaigns

Assure all processes are in place at the start of a media campaign

Prepare ad rotations according to approved media plans

Monitor media plan schedules and ensure the delivery of any required materials

Process and code media and creative production invoices

Provide support to field leadership for customer engagement enhancements based on results from the J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction program and the mystery shopping program

Deliver analyses and reporting for media campaigns as well as customer engagement programs

Assist the Field Marketing Manager with internal/external communication & special projects


Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related discipline

Minimum of 2-5 years of corporate marketing and advertising or equivalent experience in a related field

Prior media experience is a plus

Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other programs required to complete job duties (e.g. Workgroups DaVinci)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects

High attention to detail
