Practical Education On What Marketers and Business Owners Need to Know
AMA Houston Academy, formerly Special Interest Groups or SIGs, are educational events that take a deeper look into the key trends, opportunities, and challenges facing every marketer today—B2B, B2C, agency, corporate, and business owners.
Each event consists of a master level session where a keynote speaker, or panel of speakers, will present a bird’s eye view and analysis of selected topics. Topics will cover everything from digital integration and audience targeting, to messaging, content development, and video storytelling. Following each master level session, chapter members will be invited to participate in a hands-on workshop or panel discussion with the purpose of learning how to apply knowledge gained to their personal, day-to-day functions.
While AMA Houston SIGs focused on the many different industry types represented in our chapter, the goal of AMA Houston Academy is to present information in a way that crosses traditional industry segments so that marketers from all company types, job titles, functions, and disciplines will be able to apply new knowledge presented during Academy events to their everyday jobs and broaden their personal skills.
