SUMMARY:Give Back\, Gather Together: An AMA Member Appreciation Day
DESCRIPTION:A members-only afternoon of giving back\, connection\, and laid-back fun. \nThis Annual Members-Only Appreciation Event is our way of saying thank you to the AMA Houston community. Hosted at Kids’ Meals\, the day blends meaningful volunteer work with a relaxed social gathering designed to bring members together. \nFrom 1:00–3:00 PM\, members have the opportunity to volunteer by packing lunches for Houston-area school children. From 3:00–5:30 PM\, the event shifts into a casual mixer in the Kids’ Meals pavilion and outdoor yard space\, featuring provided box lunches\, salads\, snacks\, desserts\, non-alcoholic beverages\, informal networking\, a lunch-bag coloring activity and contest\, giveaways\, and a backyard bags tournament. \nWhy you should be there: Because this event is built for you. It’s a chance to give back to the Houston community\, connect with fellow AMA members outside of a typical program or luncheon\, and enjoy a low-pressure afternoon that mixes purpose with fun.
