Marketing is one of the most important functions to a company. But not all companies, particularly business-to-business companies, recognize the strategic importance of this function. Marketing is often left to executing tactical deliverables rather than influencing and leading the strategic way a company grows.

Furthermore, with the explosive growth of digitally-enabled marketing, sales and service, marketers need to build digital proficiency, communicate to management the value of using digital platforms to gather more customer insight, and then use this insight to enhance the customer experience across digital and traditional channels. From managing personalized customer preferences to demonstrating real-time impact on the sales pipeline, the metrics now speak for themselves.

So, how can marketing leaders gain internal support and a seat at the top table, build an organization to deliver this insight and help their companies make this transition?

These important and strategic questions will be answered by two proven leaders in the energy industry. Come and learn from these experts as to how to make marketing a more respected, utilized and strategic function in your B2B company and how to build a marketing function that is designed for success in the ever-evolving digital world.
