Kim Phillips is Vice President of Marketing for The Howard Hughes Corporation, overseeing the strategic marketing and brand communications for The Woodlands, Bridgeland and The Woodlands Hills award-winning master planned communities.

Kim has over 25 years of strategic marketing experience in the real estate and sports and entertainment industries. She oversaw the marketing for Cushman & Wakefield and The Redstone Companies, after serving as vice president of marketing for the Houston Texans of the National Football League. During that time, she played a leadership role in the team’s launch, which was lauded as the most successful in professional sports. Prior to the Texans, she ran the advertising and promotions for the Philadelphia Eagles, and enjoyed time in minor league hockey and collegiate athletics.
Kim is a graduate of Jacksonville University having earned a B.S. in Marketing and M.B.A. in Marketing and Management.

Chynell Howell-Lee is an Account Director at MMI Agency in Houston, Texas where she leads the strategy, account management and creative execution of master planned communities and commercial development for Howard Hughes.

As a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton, Chynell has an extensive marketing and entertainment background, including experience leading creative and media strategy for McDonald’s in Dallas, Houston and the state of Michigan. Understanding how to balance the emotional aspect of consumer purchases with client business goals and brand standards is what drives Chynell’s marketing strategy.

Over the years, Chynell’s projects have gained local and national attention. With her leadership, she has helped to positively impact her clients’ brand image and consumer purchasing behaviors. She has also helped transform low sale regions into some of the top sales regions in the country. Chynell is a team player in her business and personal life. Her hobbies include watching and playing football, planning events and spending time with family and friends.
