The Woodlands Networking Luncheon January 16

Rethinking your internal communications strategy

This is a story of how NOV rethought their internal communications strategy to engage employees and spread their culture—and it’s propelled them into a new era of internal communications through content marketing/podcasting. Beyond emails, newsletters, print, and company events, employees can engage with their company in a different way. NOV is meeting their audience where they are—on their schedule and on demand. Hear how Michael Gaines, the Voice of NOV, successfully rolled out a new initiative and why it’s now rolling out as an external marketing tool.
