Michael Lipe | Managing Director, Brand & Marketing Strategy

Michael Lipe serves as Insperity’s Managing Director, Brand and Marketing Strategy. He joined the company in January of 2012 and currently leads a marketing team focused on expanding Insperity’s brand awareness, driving meaningful client engagement and building strong Insperity advocates in the marketplace. Michael is also the host of Insperity’s ongoing Business Resiliency webinar series, focusing on current issues arising from ongoing business and workplace transformation. He has an undergraduate degree in Marketing Communications from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Belhaven University. He has been married to his wife, Shelby, for 25 years and together they have three amazing kids.
