Certified Group is currently seeking to hire an Account Based Marketing Strategist (ABM). In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the promotion of Certified Group and its business units via brand and web-based marketing with a focus on digital channels, campaign management, and social media programs. In addition, you will work with the key stakeholders of Certified Group’s business units to understand products, services, differentiators, and specific focus areas for revenue growth and develops the digital marketing plans to support them. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proven ability to use ABM to generate ROI
Day to day management of all aspects of campaign development
Integrate an A/B testing strategy across channels
Implement best practices of on-site SEO to ensure rankings are stable and growing in key areas
Considerable expertise in developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
Create and implement pipeline acceleration programs and lead generation towards specific, targeted accounts and contacts
Manage agencies to ensure development is on track; hold weekly meetings to ensure improvements and actions are to drive incremental sales, improve ROI and reflect latest trends in the industry
Own editorial and content’s technical SEO function including conducting regular SEO audits, site crawls, schema opportunities, and translating findings into business cases
Weekly reporting on activity, KPIs, and budget
Communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and paid media initiatives
Perform in-depth analysis around audiences and attribution to drive recommendations that drive ROAS
Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
Minimum of 5 years of marketing, advertising, or communications experience with ABM focus and ability to show prior strategies and execution with ROI
Experience in managing and optimizing budgets effectively to meet key objectives to deadlines and budget
Hands-on experience developing/executing/maintaining digital campaigns
Experience with SEM, email campaigns, CRM and website functionality
Strong, data-driven problem resolution skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Hands-on user of web analytics and tracking technologies including Adobe Analytics, GA360, etc.
Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
Prior management experience
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
Able to work in a remote role with occasional travel up to 10%
