Due to our growth, we have an opening for an Account Manager in our Houston office. As an Account Manager, you will work with our collaborative team to implement strategic communications plans for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of agency experience, and a demonstrated track record of developing strategic and integrated communications campaigns built from true marketing plan development. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communications Plan – work with lead account strategist(s) to develop integrated communications plans and campaigns for clients

Brand Development – leads internal team in strategic brand development execution, set standards for brand and adhere to client’s brand strategy

Client Relationship Management – establishing and building strong relationships with clients, as well as understanding their product, competition and targets

Project Management – daily management of multiple accounts

Project Requirements – developing and presenting SOW to clients for approval

Project Timelines – managing schedules, deadlines and budgets

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field

5+ years of advertising agency experience, experience working on industrial energy and oil & gas accounts a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and manage multiple accounts

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills
