Account Supervisor [JRP-01262]

Due to our growth, we have an opening for an Account Supervisor in our Houston office. The selected candidate will receive an excellent salary, benefits package, opportunity for growth, and a flexible work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage strategy on all agency accounts, providing creative concepts and clear vision for the future

Manage workflow between account team and outsourced vendors to optimize production

Approve all content before releasing to clients, proofread and edit for accuracy and strategy alignment

Ensure client hours are fulfilled and deadlines are met

Assist account team at client meetings and provide one-on-one oversight when needed to clients

Manage, mentor, and empower account team while providing additional strategy and vision for accounts

Give creative feedback and direction to design team

Assist with the onboarding of new clients

Build, retain, and grow client relationships

Identify and anticipate client challenges and develop action plans to solve

Stay current on client and industry trends & tools

Support leadership in the representation of the agency at client and industry events

Assist leadership with the creation of subject matter expert content for the agency

Estimate new business opportunities for existing clients

Work with leadership to maintain agency forecast

Review billing paperwork and invoices

Work with leadership to update agency processes and procedure as needed

Communicate operational, vendor, and internal staffing needs or concerns to leadership team

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of five years’ experience in an agency environment

Minimum of one year of management experience

Ability to confidently pitch new business opportunities to existing clients

Ability to write concisely and present ideas confidently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to learn new programs

Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills

Ability to effectively delegate and manage assignments, and accurately evaluate others’ work
