We are currently seeking to hire a Brand Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of client brands as assigned. You will work daily with respective clients and our leadership team to develop and maintain strategic marketing plans, media plans, and budgets that increase brand awareness and increase annual sales. You will actively seek and manage client partnerships that align with established client goals. The selected candidate will serve as central point of communication for brand, both internal and external, and is responsible for travel, facilitation, and leadership for client meetings.
We built a new headquarters in 2021 at the corner of Hwy. 290 & FM 1960. We’re a collaborative company, so we work together, in the office, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week. We work from home Monday and Friday. And we close at 3pm on Friday— because who doesn’t like to kick-start the weekend early?
Lead with boldness. Innovatively design campaigns that elevate brand stories and engage key audiences.
Harness your resources. Leverage data and consumer landscape in building strategic annual client plans to include partnerships, sales campaigns, social media messaging, and social responsibility programs.
Own it. Maintain accountability for the management and execution of multiple complex projects from concept to completion, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets.
Ask and advocate. Confidently lead periodic client meetings designed to share data, collaborate on strategic initiatives, get permission to play, and gather feedback to maintain pursuit of excellence.

Five (5) years plus experience in brand management and strategic brand innovation.
