Brookwoods Group is working with a large technology company to fill a long-term contract role as Branding and Customer Advocacy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to help customers share innovations and successes. If you enjoy great customer interaction and the ability to share success this would be an excellent position for you. You will have the opportunity to work with a program management team to manage their pipeline of reference assets. This role is both creative as well as analytical. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, product management and other teams to design and execute reference plans. This is a full-time position as our employee working under contract at our client's location. Compensation includes salary and benefits, which is dependent upon your experience.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

7+ years of marketing experience, including customer marketing, customer references or customer advocacy

Knowledge of reference management, recruiting, engaging, asset development and relationship building

Advanced user of Excel

Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools

Expert knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account-based marketing

Agency experience is preferred

Sales and/or channel experience is preferred
