Identify, establish, develop and grow new business relationships

Develop proposals with the team to win new business

Grow, manage, and optimize CRM-driven sales pipeline in HubSpot

Understand our company’s business drivers, challenges, pain points

Contribute & iterate on internal sales processes & methodologies

Clearly communicate on key metrics, process improvements, and deliverables

Qualify externally generated leads

Strategize (with SMEs) successful branding and marketing campaigns with prospective clients

Educate clients on our services and their branding and marketing functionality

Provide service proposals to prospective clients

Confirm with Billing Dpt. that contract payments are processed with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services or features that may be of interest


Bachelor’s Degree

4+ years demonstrated sales experience, preferably in marketing, branding, and B2B

Able to travel on occasion to pitch or network with accounts at industry events

Able to travel to Houston HQ once a quarter for a few days for company team events

Passionate about branding and corporate strategy

Love building relationships and consulting with executives

Effective communicator

Personable and outgoing

Experienced in business development and sales

Insightful customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in business writing

Empathetic and understanding
