The New Energies group- Mass Markets is currently seeking to hire a Campaign Analysis Manager. In this data-driven role, you will conduct analysis to segment and target prospective customers with the goal of improving the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing efforts. In addition, you will engage in campaign tracking & performance for acquisition and retention efforts.

Analyze user behavior, and funnel analysis in order to drive insights for and marketing team
Communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and paid media initiatives
Perform in-depth analysis around audiences and attribution to drive recommendations that drive ROAS
Manage the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation
Utilize Google Tag Manager to set up and deploy pixels
Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or a similar platform
Experience in data collection architecture and design (Data Layer, Pixels, CDP, DMP, GTM, Website Governance and Compliance Technology)
Experience in Tag Management (GTM) implementation and configuration
Proven track record for problem-solving and quality assurance (QA) for Product and Analytics implementations
Results-oriented – a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
Ability to use metrics to manage programs and measure success
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Able to identify what needs to be done and possess a bias toward action
Highly analytical and detail-oriented with both web and business analysis skills
Ability to translate, communicate and distill metrics into a digestible, actionable marketing framework
Ability to access, input, and retrieve, information from a computer and/or electronic device
Able to have face-to-face conversations with co-workers
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around the work environment as needed
