Legacy Community Health has been providing the greater Houston area with comprehensive, quality health care services and programs for almost 40 years. As part of our mission to drive healthy change in our communities, Legacy believes that health care is a right. As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southwest Texas, our services and programs are open to all, regardless of the ability to pay, without judgment or exception. Our ongoing investment in the communities we serve is about increasing access to care, while pursuing a business model that keeps costs down. In the last two years, we’ve added four new clinics and two state-of-the-art pharmacies, bringing our number of locations to 34, to meet the growing demand for care.
