We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Business Intelligence professional to make a major impact on a Global brand’s consumer business. The selected candidate will focus on broader market/category analytics across customers and Brand related campaigns and required analytics. The compensation for this role is a salary, which is dependent upon experience, paid time off, and benefits.


Accountable for generating data-driven insights across the total retail portfolio

Produce reports on holistic retail performance against competitive set

Lead development of tools and data strategies across Consumer analytics portfolio

Identify key industry trends across consumer business

Support Consumer Sales and Marketing efforts to develop strategies, plans, and programs

Serve as liaison to broader MBU business for questions on retail performance and stewardship, including BAR, Product Management, Brand Marketing and Marketing Services

Develop and integrate key portfolio stewardship tools across the MBU Sales, Marketing and BAR

Provide leadership in data analytics capabilities

Provide recommendations to the business based on key in-market data insights, industry trends, and competitive activities

SME for BAR, Sales and Marketing on retail performance

Leverage all data visualization tools as necessary including: End-user portals, share reports, heat mapping, base business modeling, sku optimization. Provide recommendations on courses of action

Knowledge Sharing with Retail Data Analytics Advisors to ensure learning and reapplication across key accounts


Analytics skills including forecasting, prediction modeling, data visualization

Excel, Tableau, SAP, NPD tools, and Presentation applications

Customer team, CPG, experience is desired

Ability to communicate data in simple terms across functions both internally and externally

Able to drive data into insights that have broad impact

Project management and collaboration skills
