We are currently seeking to hire an exceptional Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. Specifically, someone with passion, creativity, and proven experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have an astute marketing sensibility and ability to effectively communicate in a range of formats, including but not limited to: website pages, email campaigns, sales collateral, blog articles, presentations, case studies, press releases, social media posts. In addition, you will be an enthusiastic learner, someone who eagerly dives into new assignments, seeks out small details, and asks many questions to arrive at a complete understanding of a given topic.

Create content assets and distribute through appropriate channels

Interview and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and customers to generate needed content

Plan new and engaging pieces of content by analyzing needs and keeping abreast of industry news

Assist with development of marketing campaigns and associated deliverables

Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Manager to ensure all content aligns with marketing goals, best practices, brand voice and reputation

Accountable for ensuring content is positioned accurately with catchy headlines and concise writing

Collaborate and coordinate with vendors for timely completion of projects

Regularly monitor industry leaders, influencers, and partners to proactively seize opportunities for content creation

Manage ongoing engagement on our social media platforms

Apply SEO best practices to digital content

Own content calendar and meet deadlines

Track metrics and report analytics weekly

Perform other projects/duties as assigned


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism

3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing with professional service organizations

At least 2 years proven experience in advertising copywriting and content generation

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint

Provide portfolio/samples of content writing

Excellent verbal, written and research skills

Strong professional and creative writing ability

Adobe Creative Cloud experience

Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage to competing deadlines within a corporate environment

Able to measure the effectiveness of content and optimization tactics using various analytics, tools and programs

Strong problem solving and creative concept skills with the ability to work independently and as well as within a team environment

Photography, videography, and graphic design skills are a plus

Knowledge of SEO best-practices and techniques (proven experience increasing website traffic is preferred)

WordPress, HubSpot & Salesforce experience is preferred
