We are currently seeking to hire a Content Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing and you will be responsible for the development, execution and optimization of compelling multi-channel content. This includes website content, emails, short- and long-form social, video, product collateral and internal and external communications. You will be passionate about creating a variety of financial content for various audience types that will drive business results. The selected candidate will love crafting content that will advance brand awareness and further product education.

Develop compelling content for external promotional materials and company communications

Manage, curate, develop, and improve brand and marketing campaign content for maximum impact

Research, curate, and develop content to continuously build the library for re-usable assets

Improve content continuously by reviewing research and trends materials and-based on subject matter knowledge, recommend and create upgrades, alternatives, and innovative methods of communicating information

Analyze content marketing strategies for effectiveness

Stay up-to-date on latest financial and marketing trends and best practices

Lead and assist with special projects and other duties as needed


Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is preferred

5+ years of relevant experience in communications 

Excellent communicator, writer, and editor with a keen eye for detail

Experience creating digital communications that follows SEO, email and social media best practice

Experience with project management for multi-dimensional projects

Excellent relevant materials samples

Experience in banking, credit union, or financial services industries is a plus

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Able to communicate transparently and frequently and with compassion

Possess a genuine, relational approach to customer and community relations

Demonstrated planning, organizational and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
