We are one of the leading continuing education course providers for registered engineers, architects, and contractors in the nation. We are looking for a seasoned sales executive who is already selling to large corporate accounts, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. This can be a part time or full-time position for the right candidate. The selected candidate will be selling our continuing education services to companies that are required by law to renew their employees’ professional licenses. We will be providing their Engineers, Contractors, Architects and Interior Designers with the continuing education they are required to have in order to renew their license. If you are already selling to these industries, you can also carry our line of business and product to your current clientele for the extra commission with no cap per our agreement. You can either work from home or our office. You do not have to even be here in Houston as long as you meet your quota.

Established contacts with major construction or engineering companies is preferred

Disciplined self-starter with strong work ethics

Experience with corporate account sales and /or large account penetration, negotiation and maintenance techniques

Current contact /relationships in architecture, engineering, and /or construction vertical market is preferred

Prior formal sales training

Computer literacy and IT skills are a major plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

5+ years of sales experience in corporate sales (preferably in construction or engineering industry)
