The selected candidate will be involved with a wide range of projects including but not limited to brand development, logo and identity creation, print and digital communications, advertising, direct marketing and experiential design. This position will also be involved in the strategic, creative and production processes, which can include collaborating with senior executives, industry partners, clients, their customers and our internal design staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work directly with senior and executive management on the brand and design development of projects for a wide variety of clients

Understand the client's business model and strategic plans

Align concepts accordingly

Meet with clients to address communications requirements

Brainstorm ideas and concepts that will drive brand recognition

Create brand concept, development and design solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Proven experience working with clients to effectively meet their needs and deadlines

Able to balance multiple projects while maintaining superior attention to detail

Ability to think strategically and conceptually to produce high-impact products

Able to collaborate with people of diverse perspectives and talent sets

B.F.A. in design communications or equivalent

One to five years of design experience for a variety of industries and for a variety of solutions across experiential, digital and print media

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and various other digital platforms

Proven creative experience
