Blue Sky Marketing is and always has been 100% virtual environment with everyone working from “home” offices. We do have hub offices where people periodically co-work. We are currently seeking to hire a Digital Ad Buying Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for Google Ads and Social Media ads. You will be a valuable member of the ad delivery team by ensuring media products and services are setup quickly and accurately for our clients. In addition, you will use your strong technical and analytical aptitude that can be trained to work with our ad buying teams. You will also have a passion for making numbers work and getting results. The selected candidate will learn what works, what doesn’t, and will use data to drive the best results for clients. You will have 3 years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing roles with strong task management skills and strong digital literacy and fluency.

Overall support of Google Ads and Social Media Ads

Provide daily support to Google Ads and Social Media Ads team

Build and maintain client reports, maintain client optimization records and track YTD progress to ensure clients are moving forward

Maintain budget documents, ensure client’s budget goals are met and pacing appropriately

Spot organic and paid trends, gather data, develop insights and analyze performance

Conduct detailed competitive analyses upon request for clients and prospective business verticals

Research and evaluate content, advertising and audience opportunities

Support the Ads & Analytics team in gathering materials for ads, placing ads, monitoring and optimizing ads

Maintain reporting of benchmarks

Report on campaign results


Google Ads Certified is preferred but not required

Facebook Business Manager experience is preferred but not required

Facebook Blueprint Course Work completion certificates is helpful

Google Analytics Certification

Google Tag Manager experience is helpful

Passion for gathering data to analyze and tell a great story is a bonus

Able to recognize growth opportunity as markets shift and new online ad opportunities arise

Detail and analytically focused (comfortable with head-down data review)

Strong Excel skills

Creative in content review to reach campaign goals

Creative in seeking new solutions and strategies

Strong internal motivation to get the job done, a strong work ethic and a high bar for excellence

Enjoy thinking strategically and bringing creative solutions to problems

Incredible attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once
