We’re looking for a content specialist with talent, vision, and passion. A creative thinker who is always pushing the limits, can still take direction like a champ, and truly loves the written and spoken word. You will be counted on from the jump to help develop and maintain effective, engaging web, social media strategies, email marketing content, and more for all our client and personal accounts. We are looking for someone who can help develop a voice for the brands we represent—a voice that provides meaningful messaging and helps our clients’ digital and traditional presence explode.

The company you'd be joining is a pretty lean machine, which means that you will be an integral part of everything we do. Creative strategist for marketing campaigns, social plans, and web copy

Draft business plans, RFPs, and proposals needing few revisions

Draft succinct CTAs, banners, and ad copy that drive action

Provide relevant content management and implementation of all clients’ website and social media updates

Develop engaging press releases, media kits, and PR collateral

Strong copyediting capabilities (be good with a blank page or a page riddled with errors)

Research and cultivate clients’ online audience interaction and relationships

Design templates and other resources to efficiently execute work

Prepare reports to update internal staff and clients on metrics to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy

Perform routine competitive analysis. (That is, keep tabs on the competition and always stay one step ahead.)

Create dynamic daily posts for all applicable social media outlets

Ensure consistency across multiple networks (attention to detail is a must. We don’t want a #socialmediafail on our hands)

Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments/freelancers to seek approval on copy, artwork, etc.

Throw out insanely fresh ideas as to how Satori Marketing can elevate our offerings

Complete special one-off projects when necessary

Travel to meetings, conferences and training, as needed

Perform other assorted duties, as assigned


3+ years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or communications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar field

Able to work up to 50-60 hours per week

Working knowledge of AP Style and Chicago Manual of Style

Desire to learn and participate in the growth of a rapidly-expanding marketing company within a rapidly-expanding industry

Almost-genius level with Blogging, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, websites, and more

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to effectively respond to questions and critiques from clients, co-workers and/or management

Fluent in Microsoft Office and have a good understanding (or an incredible will to learn) of Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software

Self-starter who is searching for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fulfilling environment

Possess the fire to constantly create new marketing ideas and campaigns

Willingness to collaborate with those around you

Able to think creatively and act on those creative inclinations (we want all those amazing ideas you’ve had kicking around in your brain for years)

Master problem solver and be able to deal with and prioritize a crazy amount of balls in the air at one time. (We swear you’ll have fun)

Able to manage stressful situations (you know those deadlines), stay organized and put in extra hours when needed
