VAHLE is currently seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support and grow the marketing department by planning and executing VAHLE’s digital marketing strategy, including website, email, and social media marketing campaigns. In addition, this role will assist in the development and execution of content for marketing efforts. This role reports to the National Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with the creation of a comprehensive digital marketing plan and oversee execution of the plan, leading the digital marketing efforts

Develop a data-centric approach to measure performance and drive results. Determine KPIs for platforms, create a report, and deliver insights to the broader marketing department and senior management

Conduct research into relevant markets, industry and competition and provide actionable analysis for digital marketing strategy and content development

Constantly test the performance of landing pages, content, online campaigns, emails, social media, and other digital marketing efforts

Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand the trends and demands of target markets with the view of creating digital marketing and content strategies

Identify, plan, and implement effective marketing communication approaches through social media platforms, web presence, web analytics, and related capabilities

Improve web experience by applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to content marketing

Assist in developing our brand voice

Assist in the creation of marketing assets including articles, blog posts, landing pages, playbooks, whitepapers, videos, presentations, and other thought leadership materials for use on social media channels, live streams, newsletters, blogs and articles, landing pages, etc.

Collaborate and manage vendor relationship with external agencies for SEO, paid search and web development

Assist or oversee on-site execution of events where needed (including tradeshows, conferences and meetings, private events)

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Communications

Ability to plan, create, and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics to support overarching marketing campaigns

1 or more years proven experience in developing communication strategies, with an emphasis in digital marketing campaigns, social media, and content marketing

Experience in developing B2B social communities and advocating brands and capabilities effectively;
manufacturing or technical industry experience is preferred

Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.)

Understanding of key digital marketing measurement tools and metrics – Google Analytics, social media management software, email marketing software

Self-motivated, creative, and team oriented

Ability to develop productive relationships with management, colleagues, customers and vendors

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge and experience with Adobe suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred

Email and social media management software

CRM experience is preferred

Content management systems experience

Microsoft office proficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, and 1 or more years of experience in digital communication marketing is preferred; however, 5+ year of experience in a marketing related field may be substituted

Experience in manufacturing and/or technical industry and is preferred

Experience and knowledge in using digital marketing measurement tools is big plus

Use and understanding of the English language including speaking, spelling, content and structure, and general math functions

Working knowledge and proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint programs

Valid driver’s license and current passport
