Part-Time Role

GALLANT is a Houston-based branding agency that centers strategy, design and marketing around business culture. We have an opening in Houston for a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator. This will be a contract position with a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity for a full-time position. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about all things digital and demonstrates both creative and analytical skills. GALLANT is a majority virtual environment, with most team members working remotely. The hired candidate will be expected to work in-office as needed for client and team meetings.


Manage and coordinate multiple projects and client communications

Plan and develop display, email, search, and social campaigns

Write, design, and deploy email drip campaigns and marketing automation strategies

Publish all content at strategic times with accuracy

Compile monthly reporting and analyze data to determine effectiveness

Assist with developing strategy for and deployment of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Assist with Squarespace website creation

Conduct research to plan content calendars and craft messaging

Optimize campaigns based on performance

Review and apply related best practices and innovations

Collaborate with the team on related projects 


0-2 years of related experience

Experience in B2B marketing is a plus

Personal laptop: Mac or PC 

Self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team

Proactive in managing supervisor and client expectations

Problem solver who is quick on their feet

Highly organized and driven by deadlines

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills

Passion for research and learning current trends and innovations 

Ability to gather and analyze data to deliver with actionable insights

Well-versed in all digital channels and best practices related to Email, Paid Display, Paid Search, and Paid Social campaigns

Experience with analytics and reporting tools

Know your way around Google Workspace, Dropbox, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Hubspot and Sharpspring are both a plus

Proactive in learning project management and time tracking systems: Asana is a plus
