We are currently seeking to hire a Digital Marketing & Email Automation Specialist with the ability to design, maintain and automate email marketing campaigns. You will have knowledge of website user experience, SEO and paid search/social best practices. Above and beyond strong data and technical skills, you will be reliable, self-motivated, a strong communicator and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you must also feel comfortable working in both lead and supporting roles, depending on the project. The selected candidate will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the distribution of customer communications through the creation, testing, execution and tracking of demand generation and account-focused digital and direct marketing campaigns in Pardot

Report digital and direct marketing campaign results to marketing managers

Assist in the development of new lead generation and account-based marketing capabilities in Pardot

Sets up, measure and optimizes drip campaigns, web pages, emails and digital marketing processes through Pardot

Manages marketing automation, email and web content management systems

Ensures assets within emails, and web content marketing technology stack is consistent with brand standards and messages

Works with technology teams to assist with new component and design testing as needed

Assists in the management, posting and reporting of paid social campaigns

Manages day to day website management, including pushing new content, file uploads, page builds, troubleshooting, and updating existing content as needed

Other duties as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task reliably, make deadlines, and stay organized

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Email Marketing

At least 1 year of demonstrated and documented experience with Pardot, Marketo or another similar email marketing tool

Working knowledge of HTML

Working knowledge of paid search and paid social platforms

Knowledge of CMS software and a thorough understand of websites

In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing or Digital Strategy

Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics and Screaming Frog is preferred)

Basic understanding of website management technologies, user experience, web design and development, and search engine optimization (SEO) is preferred

Good written and verbal communication skills are preferred

Organizational awareness: understanding of key partners; ability to collaborate and communicate is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; comfortable switching priorities as business needs change is preferred
