First Service Credit Union is a Houston-based financial cooperative dedicated to providing financial services that enhance our members' lives. We’re passionate about delivering an outstanding financial experience to our members and growing into a strong, digital-focused credit union that offers this same personal experience no matter the channel.

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in digital marketing, website design and development, and project management. This role will oversee the planning, design, and execution of all digital marketing and member experiences for First Service Credit Union and its affiliated companies. You will devise digital strategies and manage the execution of all digital marketing with the goal of meeting or exceeding the objectives and tactics set by Senior Management.


Devises digital strategies, recommend appropriate budget allocation, and manage the execution for all digital marketing with the goal of meeting or exceeding the objectives and tactics set by Senior Management

Manages the design, development, and ongoing improvement of all digital properties (website, micro-sites, digital banking, etc.) to create an exceptional user experience and ensure prospects flow through a natural sales funnel

Plans and executes all web, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Manages the social media presence for First Service Credit Union and its affiliated companies

Utilizes analytics and user testing to evaluate end-to-end member/prospect experiences across multiple channels and touch points (makes improvements as needed)

Writes and edits consumer-centric copy for all digital communications, adjusting content and style depending on the market being targeted

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Five or more years with digital marketing experience in a professional setting

Two or more of those years in a management role is preferred

A college degree in marketing or a related field

High level of problem-solving capabilities as well as curiosity, self-motivation and adaptability

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creativity and innovation for finding new and more efficient ways of doing things

Excellent time management skills and the ability to schedule work activities so deadlines are met, and goals are accomplished in a timely and organized manner

Exceptional attention to detail that is evident in all work

Effectiveness in communicating design and technical decisions to design and non-design audiences

Strong work ethics and the ability to work with a fast-paced team

Passionate about your personal growth and learning

Thorough understanding of color theory, typography, layout, branding, and iconography

Experience with website design and development

Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)

Experience developing and executing a digital strategy to include a company’s social media platforms, SEM campaigns, and SEO

Understanding of frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation is preferred

Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision is preferred

Experience using CSS frameworks like LESS or SASS is preferred

Experience with writing and implementing javascript (jQuery) is preferred

Ability to code responsive webpages in HTML and CSS by hand is preferred

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products is preferred
