Redbridge Debt and Treasury Advisory (an independent and pioneering consulting firm), provides guidance and advisory services to CFOs and Treasurers of multinational corporations. With offices in Paris, London, Geneva, Houston, and New York, we are a global consulting firm, specialized in banking relationship management that includes, treasury, payments & collections, cards and financing.

We are in growth mode and we are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will report to the Managing Director of North America and service multiple managers from multiple business units with varying needs and priorities (treasury advisory, debt advisory, analytics (software), as well as overall brand management). The selected candidate will be team-spirited, skilled and an imaginative manager with an eye for detail. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the development and implementation of all marketing activities for North America including: Campaigns, Content, Emails, Newsletters, Website updates (content, new pages, new forms, etc.), Social media (updates and management)

Develop a strategic marketing calendar focusing on developing campaigns and content from all areas of the business in appropriate proportions

Present monthly KPI reporting to North American Management with insights to test/improve moving forward

REQUIREMENTS:

5 years related B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple successful campaigns

Strong understanding of: Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, SEO, Social media best practices, and Project management

Basic understanding of graphic design (Photoshop/InDesign/Canva)

Basic understand of Google Analytics and Ads

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills

Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

Cross-culture team experience

Entrepreneurial spirit (self-starter), dynamic, proactive, and a team player

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related
