We are currently seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers through our digital platforms, including, but not limited to, the website, marketing automation tools, social media channels, digital ad campaigns and other digital tools. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and leading third party resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop suite of digital tools, including and not limited to social, website, marketing automation tools

Collaborate with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product, service and digital communication needs

Gather the materials necessary to understand the project; analyze these materials to determine the most effective digital communications technique

Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia

Present design ideas and recommendations to marketing leaders and sales team

Create and coordinate multimedia campaigns with creative design team

Coordinate and manage a social media campaign calendar

Implement website updates and content changes

Develop and purchase digital advertisement campaigns

Coordinate evaluation tools to understand customer satisfaction, emerging technology needs and emerging market assessments

Evaluate new digital media tools that meet business & marketing objectives

Evaluate success of campaigns when completed through digital reporting

Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong ability to self-educate and understand emerging digital marketing tools

Strong analytical skills with ability to distill digital data into key transformational actions

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field

3 years of digital marketing experience is preferred

Experience writing and editing projects (portfolio of relevant previous projects is highly preferred)

Social media coordination or management experience

Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and paid web campaigns is preferred
