We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated, energetic Digital Marketing Manager with great communication skills, who will help develop and implement TMP’ digital marketing strategy. This includes managing and creating content for our website, email, social media, paid advertising channels, landing pages, and more. The selected candidate will also manage our CRM and measure the effectiveness and performance of all digital marketing campaigns. The compensation for this role is $22.00 – $24.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Devise a digital content marketing strategy that will help generate more traffic and leads across all TMP digital platforms and drive sales

Establish digital marketing goals, objectives and metrics (KPIs) that align with TMPs overall goals and will help contribute to the growth of the company

Maintain and manage TMP’s main website, supplemental landing pages, and client relationship management system

Understand and build sales funnels and marketing automation campaigns to optimize user experience and determine critical user conversion and drop-off points

Write content for blogs, social media posts, landing pages, newsletters and other related platforms.

Increase followers and subscribers as well as engagement across TMP’s social media and email marketing channels

Create and edit visual content such as infographics, videos, and photos

Assess the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns by measuring analytics and insights and providing reports and recommendations on how to make proper adjustments to meet KPIs

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

Stay informed of industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar

Run paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels

Create and oversee budgets to ensure all digital marketing campaigns are completed on-time, on-scope and on-budget

Collaborate and communicate directly with any digital marketing third parties TMP may employ to assist with campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong written and communication skills

3-5 years of work experience as a digital marketing manager

Proficiency in Google Workspaces (Gsuite), WordPress, and a Customer Relationship Management

Software platform

Experience with SEO and analyzing web traffic metrics

Expertise in managing and growing social media platforms

Project management skills and attention to detail

Quick learner and creative thinker

BS degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
