We are growing, and we have an immediate opening for a new Digital Marketing Specialist in Houston. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital (in -bound and outbound) marketing strategies and activities to generate quality leads, raise brand awareness and deliver customer engagement in the North America Region. The selected candidate will have a thorough understanding of all online channels, online advertising, SEO/SEM, analytics, social and marketing automation to deliver lead acquisition and conversion optimization. You will produce engaging content, graphics and video, while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and social media. Experience using Pardot and Salesforce is preferred, an analytical and strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.

Support planning and execute digital marketing strategy for the North America Region

Develop and execute multi-touch digital marketing (inbound) programs to acquire new customers, engage and grow existing customers

Develop engaging online content including landing pages, infographics, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success

Manage email and social media marketing campaigns – minimum of one per month

Build nurture programs using marketing automation

Bring the brand to life online and across platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc using your creative flare. Manage online advertising across online channels Use analytics to constantly optimize engagement and spend budget

Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

Work with vendors, manage budget and vendor relationships

Work closely with the North America Marketing and Sales Team to understand and support their goals through aligned sales/marketing programs

Nurture a strong relationship with the sales team; manage and lead all meetings for events and campaigns to ensure clear communication and buy-in by of the sales team. Work closely with sales managers to follow up on projects so that marketing can show ROI for pipeline

Build rapport with Lead Gen team for mutually successful input to sales.

Overall management of the North America Regional landing pages, event sites and news and events pages

Strong ROI focused approach on all marketing activities - analyses and reports on the performance of programs and campaigns and monitor lead generation

Assist or oversee on-site execution of events where needed (including tradeshows; conferences and meetings; private events)

Write regional internal and external communications, including quarterly newsletters, Winnews, monthly press releases, and case studies


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

5+ years of experience in B2B (direct) marketing in a comparable high-tech products company or in a relevant industry company

5+ years of experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns with a marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Hubspot or Pardot

Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration, ABM knowledge a plus

Experience in a wide range of inbound and outbound marketing disciplines, including social media (especially LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook), organic and paid search, retargeting, direct marketing, event marketing and advertising.

Ability to conceive, develop and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives, based on customer and channel data and insights and sound knowledge of the customer buying journey

Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision as well as ability to effectively work as part of a team

Able to independently define, schedule and manage all tasks and prioritize workload effectively under tight deadlines (be a master multi-tasker)

Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically with strong attention to detail

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Strong business acumen and strategic input, excellent campaign management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Ability to assist or independently set-up trade show booths and event registration sites

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Salesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation program)

Proficiency with Sitecore (or similar web tool) as well as some knowledge of HTML code is beneficial

Experience with Wrike (or similar team collaboration program), Skype, WebEx,, Bynder, Smartsheet, Hootsuite, Exhibitforce, SharePoint and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred

Knowledge of the engineering and design software industry a plus. B2B marketing experience. Agency experience a plus
