We are currently seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role and under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will perform administrative aspects of the marketing function including coordinating, monitoring, and implementing approved Firm marketing projects.


Digital campaign execution across all niches, services, and geographies

Email creation and execution, A/B testing, best practices for verbiage, etc.

Website management

Social media management

Database management (input all proposal information into Salesforce and close loop with won/lost information)

Manage net new leads

Pull lists for email campaigns

Support/manage new list-gathering initiatives

Digital metrics reporting

Pull monthly analytics across all platforms (one for all Marketing and one for each niche, service, and geography)

Intranet management

Preparation of materials and event set-up, take photos, PowerPoint presentations, or even attending events

Content writing support

Assist with marketing research activities

Assist in Firm-sponsored activities – internally and externally – as needed

Attend Marketing meetings (prepare agenda, take notes, create minutes, scheduling, and special projects)


Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing)

2 or more years of marketing experience

Able to handle multiple projects and must be proactive and possess ability to multitask and prioritize

Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; CRM and CMS systems; and digital email platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Constant Contact). (Intermediate – Expert Users)
