We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Water Utility, Americas Regional Marketing team.  In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the development and implementation of Grundfos Digital Marketing Campaigns to create impact and ensure high customer touch throughout a smooth customer digital journey, and initiate relevant & efficient digital activities to generate qualified leads based on solid analysis of customer behaviors.  You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including sales, product management, and external customers and vendors. The selected candidate will report directly to the Regional Marketing Director and will operate daily out of the Brookshire, Texas facility. Hybrid work schedule may be available for this role.  Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute digital marketing plan as a part of the regional marketing plan. Transform business needs into digital marketing deliverables

Research advertising and market trends, including competitors advertising and promotional techniques

Develop projects for effective content creation

Determine right content to reach target audiences for maximum impact

Publish digital marketing content online

Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts; propose and implement corrective actions when necessary

Train and upskill the rest of colleagues in regional marketing team

Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings

Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials

Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts; implement corrective actions when necessary

Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance

Efficiently communicate and collaborate with other marketing professionals to align goals and manage

Write compelling and high-quality website content, including landing pages in AEM and ACS. Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Other marketing and respective support needs

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English or another with additional marketing courses

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B 

Proven experience of digital marketing skills and successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns

Demonstrate understanding of how to appeal to different audiences and expand the customer base

Experience driving developed processes within Sales and Communication

Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Marketing and Sales Development

Understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Digital Marketing area

Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools

Organized work habits

Experience and familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WordPress

ACS, CRM, MS Office super-user     

Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis

Fluent in English – excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to travel up to 5% if necessary

Able to maintain valid identification for the purpose of traveling
