Digital Marketing Specialist [JRP-12291]

US Med-Equip, Inc. is an innovative healthcare company specializing in the rental, sales, service, and asset management of movable medical equipment for high acuity medical systems. We are currently seeking a qualified and energetic professional with experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.


Manage web development and web maintenance from start to finish with internal and agency partners, including ideation, copywriting, and managing the content of our corporate website and subsidiary sites to ensure that they are current, dynamic, and relevant; update current inventory information on our e-commerce platforms

Develop strategies on increasing site traffic, organic page rank, and visitor retention through use of various SEO techniques

Collaborate with Marketing Director on editorial content to grow SEO, SEM, and social efforts to incorporate keywords and searcher intent into writing

Develop and manage SEM/PPC Search Engine Marketing campaigns (paid and non-paid) and social media advertising by evaluating campaign effectiveness, identifying cost savings and developing strategies to continuously improve on bottom line ROI and KPIs

Design and develop strong email marketing campaigns with CTA’s to drive traffic to web/landing pages based on company goals. Write, execute, and deploy email marketing campaigns and blog posts on a monthly/weekly basis and implement micro-campaigns, optimizing regularly

Craft compelling social media content and social media advertising to drive traffic to web and increase brand awareness

Develop, own, and update social media editorial calendar aligned with blogging schedule

Using Google Analytics and other third-party tools to analyze results and understand effectiveness of digital marketing programs and campaigns, including creating ad hoc and monthly reports

Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify trends and insights to optimize performance

Manage online reputation and brand by researching and auditing online presence to ensure accurate data and information listed, keep listings up to date; manage negative review resolution efforts, examine trends with online directories and identify areas of potential improvement

Work collaboratively and provide strategic direction to creative team on all digital marketing campaigns (graphic designer, web agency, PR firm, etc.)

Assist Marketing Director with digital content for presentation and events

Thorough understanding of and genuine interest in US Med-Equip’s mission, vision, and values and the importance of “living” these values daily to ensure that we perform our jobs with the mindset of always helping to promote the healing process for our hospital partners’ patients

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or relevant field

2-4 years of digital marketing experience, healthcare experience preferred by not essential

2+ years of demonstrable experience executing and analyzing SEO/SEM, display/programmatic media, social media and email marketing campaigns

2+ years of web development project management experience, CMS experience

2+ years experienced analyzing website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush etc.)

2+ years marketing copywriting experience is preferred

2+ years of email marketing or marketing automation software experience

2+ years of social media marketing and advertising experience

Google Analytics Certification

Google Ads Certification is a plus

Basic HTML skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
