Champion and support all marketing, communications and sales initiatives through the use of digital media platforms. Increase reach and engagement of target audience groups across all online mediums, including company website, social media pages and other digital communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, development and execution of digital content across multiple digital platforms and varying audience segments

Utilize social media platforms to drive consumer and customer engagement, increasing share of voice in the digital space for the company’s portfolio of products

Work with internal product brand teams and external clients to utilize content and promotions to connect with consumers online

Develop digital media plans to coincide with the announcement of new product lines and client partnerships

Attend local events within company territories to capture real time coverage for social sites

Work with professional sports properties, music venues and media partners to leverage sponsorships digitally and connect with target audiences

Design and direct the use of social networking sites and applications in new and innovative ways to promote new products, services and initiatives

Identify opportunities to build stronger online communities; acquire, retain and engage audiences

Create and maintain a digital editorial calendar to support key events, product launch and marketing campaigns

Daily maintenance of company website, ensuring information is up-to-date and reflects current market events, product initiatives and programs

Create and consistently update internal and external digital collateral pieces, including: social media and website banners/profiles, newsletters, calendar listings, image galleries, product logos and other graphics content

Monitor company’s online presence, as well as competitive activity. Use digital analytics to craft insights and provide measurement and ROI

Provide feedback in a timely manner to appropriate department(s) when service issues arise in the form of messages posted on our digital platforms

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations or related field

Preferred 5 to 8 years digital media, public relations, marketing and/or sales experience

Experience developing/maintaining digital assets, with a thorough understanding of and hands-on familiarity with existing and emerging social media channels

Website development and/or website management experience preferred, including the use of content management systems to develop and maintain digital communications platforms

Strong understanding of consumer-driven marketing/communication programs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Basic knowledge of some, if not all, of the following: design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Corel

Draw, and/or Illustrator), WordPress, video storytelling, and social media management and measurement systems

Strong work ethic and ability to complete projects both independently and as part of a team

Able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Provide examples of previous writing experience and work using digital platforms

Open to working some nights and weekends, and traveling periodically to our other branch locations
