We are currently seeking to hire a Digital PR Manager to help our agency diversify client growth. This role on our digital team is perfect for a self-starter with a desire to connect the dots between online and offline marketing tactics. It involves strategy and implementation of holistic marketing programs including organic and paid social media, paid digital media, influencer marketing, public relations, and content marketing. The selected candidate will receive a salary commensurate with experience along with benefits that include health insurance, 401K, holiday schedule, and personal time.

Organic social media including driving (unpaid) growth on the following platforms: Instagram; Facebook; Pinterest; and Blogs

Identify high performing content and amplify brand story through paid media

Project manage agency partners to maximize results for clients

Work with digital team to drive strategy and integrate organic tactics with paid platforms including: Google Adwords; SEM & Display; Facebook business manager; Pinterest ads; LinkedIn ads; and Paid brand partnerships

Test and recommend campaigns based on organic performance

Develop and maintain best practices and processes based on industry best practices and platform updates

Understand emerging software platforms for PR & influencer marketing and make recommendations for clients and the agency

Innovate and apply successful tactics from other industries to current client base

Build positive, collaborative relationships within the digital team and throughout the agency

Always be looking for efficiency throughout campaign development and execution

Commit to understanding our client’s goals and business approaches and always putting their needs first

Conscious of client budgets and opportunities to drive down customer acquisition costs

Willingness to teach and mentor colleagues


Bachelor’s degree

4 - 6 years of experience driving trackable growth for a client and / or brand

Critical thinker and good problem-solver

High level of caring about the outcome of your actions

Trustworthy and straightforward communication style
