PMD Group is currently seeking to hire a Digital Web Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for helping maintain projects that fall under the scope of the digital and web department. This includes creating content and managing online campaigns to aid in the success of marketing campaigns, coordinating website design projects and support tickets with development team and communicating with internal marketing team on site updates and downtimes. In addition, you will be responsible for using spec sheets and project profiles to execute online campaigns on, including but not limited to, social media, websites, streaming platforms and online ads. The selected candidate will have basic knowledge in the key areas of digital marketing; social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, SEM, as well as Word Press and other CMS platforms.


Create and set up digital marketing campaigns to be reviewed by Senior Marketing Specialists before launch

Monitor and adjust campaigns to meet the targeted goals

Coordinate website support tickets, quote website builds, and project manage website builds, as needed.

Research and stay informed on advertising trends

Decide on appropriate placement of ads

Determine what content will reach customers and advise on ad graphics and landing pages for campaigns

Work together with marketing reps and clients to strategize attainable goals based on budget and needs

Communicate best practices to marketing reps and clients to achieve the most success in meeting their goals

Publish digital marketing content online; for PMD and client projects

Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns

Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success

Compile reports of completed campaigns and offer best practices for future projects

Stay current in marketing trends and news – new technology, Google updates and changes in algorithms

Coordinate website designs and refreshes; this includes, but is not limited to, quotes, project planner review with client, site map development with development team, monitor timeline and communicate key approvals and deadlines, launch day coordination and post launch training

Coordinate website support tickets; communicate timelines and updates with client/internal PMD marketing team

Prepare and distribute monthly client-facing reports for hosting, ADA, and website updates

Coordinate billing for digital marketing, hosting, ADA, and website support

Communicate with clients on website downtimes

Manage the needs of clients, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining consistent communication

Prioritize workload and maintain PMD turnaround standards

Assist with best practices and brainstorming

Assist with project coordination and coworker backup

Assist with copywriting that is compelling and relevant to digital advertising projects

Meet with clients, potential clients, PMD management and staff as needed. This includes travel in town, and occasionally out of town.

Coordinate jobs via our project tracking software with clients, supervisor, and other PMD departments.

Coordinate projects with external partners using their project tracking software; currently Slack and Teamwork

Be familiar with credit unions, their products, and overall goals

Remain current on credit union and marketing trends, as well as all PMD products and services

Strong organization and interpersonal skills

Can problem solve and make professional judgment appropriate for PMD

Keep accurate time on all projects

Review projects regularly and keep them moving

Adhere to strict confidentiality for PMD Group, our clients, and our vendors


Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in digital marketing, electronic media, website development or relevant field

Willingness to learn, have self-initiative and problem solving skills

Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time

Incredible attention to detail

Full understanding of all social media platforms

Basic knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office program

Basic knowledge of Google SEM, Google Display, Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Spotify

Basic knowledge of Word Press and/or other CMS platforms

Able to travel occasionally and work on weekends when needed
