In this role, you will support conversion and sales through ecommerce platforms, (e.g., eProcurement platforms, website and mobile app). Working closely with the marketing, sales, and merchandising teams, you will devise eCommerce marketing plans based on company strategy, campaign objectives and the marketing calendar of events. The selected candidate will have a strong grasp of modern technology and trends and possess a good understanding of the marketing landscape for maximizing the organic discoverability.

Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert regarding all ecommerce business matters

Drive the adoption of ecommerce and digital solutions to increase sales, automate transactions wherever possible, and promote customer self-service activities, which create efficiency for both LPS and the customer, by proactively engaging resources internal and externally to the organization

Lead through influence and educate on the value proposition of our digital solutions to increase channel adoption

Champion voice of the ecommerce customer to create internal awareness of customer product, service, and operational needs

Effectively articulate and demonstrate the quantifiable value of the ecommerce channels to Management

Identify strategic opportunities for digital sales campaigns, launch & measure success

Identify & action strategic marketing opportunities for product lines or services

Map the LPS customer journey to further develop touchpoint improvement and improve customer experience

Monitor and manage SEO programs and identify / execute strategies to improve online presence

Actively track and report website analytics

Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy to improve e-procurement, website and mobile app performance

Define critical metrics, establish benchmarks, and regularly communicate performance as it relates to e-commerce investments and growth of the e-commerce route-to-market

Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors to be a trusted business advisor as well as research and development of new online marketing strategies

Manage budget as assigned


Bachelor or master’s degree in business, engineering, operations, Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience with eCommerce site and operations

Ability to understand and communicate highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences

Able to thrive in a collaborative environment, think outside the box to provide innovative solutions for customer/business needs, plan for all eventualities and provide solutions with minimal supervision

Expert written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management and strategic problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Working knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) is preferred

Able to pass a background check and drug screen
