Our client within the professional services and legal industry is seeking to hire an Email Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate email marketing communications, digital media support, and maintain client company brand guidelines. In addition, you will monitor email analysis and marketing information gathering and compiling marketing analytics with market research requests as needed.


Maintain CMS tool with updated email templates ensuring event details and written content is current

Assist practice managers with the implementation of email marketing surveys, client promotions and collateral development

Update CRM database with client email information ensuring there are no duplications in the database, and email lists

Create daily status reports on email campaigns updating project reports in PowerPoint with Excel spreadsheets

Develop Excel reports to track recent email marketing campaigns for use in business development efforts

Facilitate CRM maintenance updates in support of marketing campaigns preparing client email lists ensuring company contact is current

Coordinate client events, trade shows, conference sponsorships, seminars, retreats, training programs

Prepare email copy edits ensuring templates are correct and updated with current information

Manage email marketing research, collecting customer surveys and documenting market data analysis


2 years of marketing experience, email campaign coordination within an agency, and/or professional services firm or corporate company

Acclimated to working in a fast-paced environment along departmental supervisors and corporate stakeholders

Exceptional writing skills and provide an online portfolio of marketing samples

Knowledge of CRM, CMS, MS Office software, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce is a big plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
