We are currently seeking to hire an Email Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and automating PCCA member and customer communications for the U.S., Canadian and Australian markets. In addition, you will support lead generation efforts as well as enhance the buyer journey, providing data-driven updates and recommendations.


Design, develop and distribute a variety of customer communications, from one-off email sends to marketing automation campaigns, for PCCA and its business units

Own end-to-end strategy and implementation of all Marketo systems, including design, coding, set-up and execution

Work with the Marketing and Web teams to ensure campaigns are aligned among all channels

Communicate with other departments, including Sales, Customer Service and Clinical Teams, to ensure consistent customer-facing messaging throughout the organization

Manage the email calendar to balance product marketing, events, education and other communications and prevent subscriber burnout

Personalize content based on different customer profiles

Build communication campaigns and email tactics to drive customer engagement

Implement effective A/B testing of different email components, including content and creative

Identify most important KPIs and monitor, analyze and report on effectiveness of different customer campaigns

Assist with training and troubleshooting for other users

Manage necessary approvals for all content and project manage against deadlines

Collaborate with external agencies and internal groups to meet deliverables


Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field

2+ years of experience in a marketing role; B2B is preferred

Experience with marketing automation platforms; Marketo is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication with extremely high attention to detail

Capable of quickly learning technical platforms that impact processes

Experience with responsive email design

Ability to work collaboratively and openly share ideas as part of a strategic team

Self-motivated high achiever who can multi-task, prioritize and plan work, and manage deadlines

Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS

Basic level skills in Adobe Photoshop
