Renewal by Andersen (RBA) of Houston is currently seeking to hire an Events Community Coordinator/Retail Representative. In this role, you will identify, create, and execute events focused on growing grassroots marketing at Renewal by Andersen of Houston including developing calendar of Community Events, leading teams of Event Representatives who represent RBA at a variety of grassroots Events. You will also work closely with the Event Manager. Events may include booth(s) and/or setup material at Neighborhood programs such as breakfasts, POA/ HOA events, RSVP events, Lunch and Learns, Corporate Discount Programs, and on-site installations where visitors are engaged to determine interest in windows and doors. Set appointments for interested prospects. The selected candidate will also pursue new Retail opportunities and present RBA partnership to prospective retailors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop relationships with neighborhood and community officials, such as with HOA’s/home owners

HOA/RSVP program. Schedule, plan, and participate in 4-10 HOA/RSVP events per month

Presenting the Renewal by Andersen brand and retail marketing opportunity to targeted retailers.

Work on monthly budget with Event Manager

Manage Grassroots Marketing Events Calendar

Schedule, plan and participate in Corporate discount and lunch and learn programs

Research and develop venues and plans for new opportunities with Events Leader

Develop product knowledge in order to explain the basic features of all the products that we offer

Set appointments for our design consultants

Deliver exceptional service to our existing and potential clients

Research/analyze neighborhood markets to determine best neighborhood targets and events

Prepare reports for projected efforts/budget and results for grassroots marketing

Participate in Team Leader meetings, Promoter meetings, and occasionally Sales meetings

Pick up and transport materials (brochures, folding table, sample window, folding tent) for set up and tear down for events as needed.

Network with CIA and BOMA

Create power points, promotional and mailer content as needed

Maintain weekly activity report

REQUIREMENTS:
