The World Petroleum Congress in-house marketing team is seeking to hire a solution-minded, creative Graphic Designer. The selected candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, a strong communicator, and current with modern design trends and techniques. You must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with other team members. Additional attributes important for success include capacity to: demonstrate positive attitude and be solution-minded; multitask in a fast-paced environment; and manage time and priorities in order to meet established deadlines while remaining flexible to changing priorities. The compensation for this role is commensurate upon experience.
Design marketing pieces across multiple channels (digital, motion, and print), including branding collateral, infographics, signage, sales materials, tradeshow graphics, social media and other digital media
Produce cohesive designs that follow brand standards and speak to a variety of audiences
Create multiple initial design concepts and follow through with revisions to final production
Conduct research as well as review provided information and materials
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field, is preferred
3+ years professional design experience, is preferred
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, and XD
Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of: HTML/CSS, email campaigns, social media, and other digital skills
Working knowledge of: Video and photo editing is preferred but not required
