We are currently seeking to hire a HUB & Franchise Marketing Manager.  In this role, you will play a vital role in the success of our rapidly growing organization. You will be responsible for planning, opening and managing the day- to-day marketing functions of our owned offices and franchises around the United States. In addition, you will be responsible for collaborating on marketing strategy, executing marketing plans, and conceptualizing key marketing initiatives to support the company goals. The selected candidate will be a strategic and creative thinking individual who is confident bringing new ideas to the table and collaborating with the operations, sales, creative team, and executing ideas and strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain established corporate brand standards throughout all offices

Single point of contact for all HUB and franchise marketing needs

Provide content, insight and feedback from HUB/Franchise locations and sales teams for campaigns and improved marketing

Train all new HUB General Managers and Sales associates regarding the brand standards internal and external communications, i.e. advertising, promotional, websites, social media and collateral materials, uniforms, transit vans and trailers, etc.

Work with the project management team regarding the opening of new HUBs to ensure that each new HUB is prepared with marketing materials, branded vans, organized showrooms, material samples

Develop a timeline and checklists for each HUB for the planning and execution of grand openings a checklist so that openings are easily replicable and scalable

Develop and manage the HUBS yearly marketing budgets

Develop yearly advertising plan in conjunction with Online Manager (this includes purchasing insertions, developing and maintaining advertising calendars art deadlines coordinating with creative services for creation of ads and managing analytics reports on ROI)

Develop tradeshow booth process, timeline for each HUB to plan, execute and follow up

Develop recommendations, and strategy for national tradeshows, national marketing and promotional partnerships

Manage the design and production of artwork from concept through final layouts, including collateral, national sponsorships and partnerships, and other materials as required, adhering to established brand guidelines

Coordinate with Online Marketing team to deliver advertising, email and social campaigns to

HUBS and franchises

Work closely with and effectively utilize internal additional marketing services including PR, Creative Services, and Online Marketing to create and execute marketing strategies for the HUBS and franchise

Maintain the Online Store for printed collateral, digital materials, promotional items, installation team uniforms, company apparel

Work with Marketing and Training departments to define recruiting and training goals for new associates

Manage projects as needed, giving feedback and communicating status to the Director of

Marketing

Prepared to step out of assigned role from time to time, for special projects

Represent the company in a professional manner both internally and externally

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising related position

Exceptional writing and oral communication skills

Excellent project management skills and great attention to detail

Experience in media purchasing is a plus

Assertive and can work independently

Good negotiation skills

Work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Google Analytics Certification and Google AdWords Certification

Proficiency with, MS Office (including databases), WordPress, Google Analytics

Proficiency with Adobe C Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Able to work in an office environment and travel occasionally
