METRO is currently seeking to hire a Manager, Digital Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our enterprise website. In addition, you will be responsible for development, implementation and ongoing measurement of an integrated digital content marketing strategy to fuel brand engagement. The selected candidate will perform duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures. Please note the salary range for this role is: $80,914.00 - $102,717.00 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides primary managerial direction and performs personnel administrative functions of direct report staff (e.g. training, supervising, work assignments, timesheets, performance evaluations, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining necessary staffing, enhancing productivity of staff and ensuring necessary department outcomes are achieved

Serve as primary project manager for METRO website design and redesign

Serve as primary contact for the vendor selected to build the website

Determines resource requirements, prepares and tracks project schedule and maintains control over quality and managing costs during project

Collaborates with cross-departmental stakeholders to position and present content, increasing organic search traffic with strategic optimization of all content

Leverages best practices, data and analytics to develop superior user experience design for METRO's website

Defining and leading growth for METRO's new multi-disciplinary Digital Marketing division including direct accountability for the ongoing management and growth of the METRO website

Develop a comprehensive, integrated digital content marketing strategy across multiple digital communications channels, to maximize consumer engagement with digital initiatives and loyalty programs

Provides input on all digital advertising campaigns and makes recommendations for improvements

Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures in an effort to reduce or eliminate accidents

Performs other job related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Minimum six (6) years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital marketing, with particular emphasis on multidisciplinary team leadership, project management, corporate website design, user experience design and testing, search engine optimization, performance metrics and analysis, content marketing and creative direction for vendors and/or internal team members.

At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor/manager

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent project management skills with the ability to operate independently

Highly proficient in a Windows environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Proficient with analytics software (Google Analytics, HotJar and MOZ)

Proficient with Microsoft CRM software

Proficiency with content management systems (Sitefinity is a plus)

Proficiency with graphic design and video production components of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
