Manager, Product Marketing [JRP-12225]

We are currently seeking to hire a Manager of Product Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of either B2B or B2C audiences for NACE International’s product lines to ensure organizational marketing strategies, campaigns and programs achieve organization revenue goals through consistent branding, positioning and conversion campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing, creating and overseeing the implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies for B2B or B2C audiences that are in line with PPS goals, reporting and making data-driven decisions based on campaign results

Cultivating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and ensuring strong communication about marketing efforts, results and deadlines occur in a timely manner

Developing distinct customer segmentation profiles, including purchasing behavior, product interest(s), professional focus, and demographic information

Communicating strategic objectives to internal team members to ensure projects align with strategy

Managing marketing teams by planning, organizing, delegating and monitoring workload, identifying and prioritizing audience marketing needs

Supplying team members with key information needed to deliver results

Conducting product position research by engaging with key business leads and undertake necessary exploratory work around how to evolve the corporate positioning for current and new audiences

Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of competition for multiple PPS

Developing and managing multiple product/service line marketing budgets, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, which include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS or equivalent working experience

Supervisory experience

Demonstrated online and offline multi-channel B2B or B2C marketing experience

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written skills

Experience operating within a CRM environment

Experience using a variety of marketing tools including analytics and email distribution platforms

Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience determining product-market fit and delivering products to market

Able to travel occasionally and have a current passport
