AFGlobal Corporation is currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Intern to join the marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks that keeps the department functioning and facilitate the needs of the team. You will be expected to work both independently and as a team member to perform a wide variety of administrative support services, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the department. In addition, you will havve administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our team through all stages of our campaigns. Your contributions will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with working knowledge on how to executing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing communications and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment. The start date is mid-April and the duration of the internship is up to 4 months with compensation of $15/hr.


Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Supporting marketing team and in organizing and executing various projects, such as tradeshows and client events

Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

Performing market analysis and research on competition

Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Gather and analyze marketing metrics (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.); prepare reports to share metrics with internal stakeholders

Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information


High school diploma; currently enrolled in a university with a marketing, public relations, or communications major is preferred

Strong desire to learn and help the company achieve success

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Solid understanding of different marketing and communication techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, online analytics and Google Adwords)

Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
