We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing & Communications Specialist. In this role, you will support all regional marketing, communications and social media initiatives and projects for Sulzer Rotating Equipment Services (RES) AME – specifically for the Pump Services (PS) and Electromechanical Services (EMS) divisions within RES AME.

Support media, public relations, social media campaigns, shows, and events in coordination with outside partners, marketing director RES AME and HQ
Administrate SharePoint intranet “Sulzer World”, relevant corporate web pages (Sulzer.com), and Pardot campaigns and email pages
Create and organize marketing content (brochures, flyers, web, presentations, videos, ads, articles, white papers, press releases, social posts, webinars, landing pages, campaigns, show booths, graphics, etc.)
Administrate MarTech platforms like Monday.com (project management), web (Sitecore), marketing shared site (Microsoft TEAMS), registration (Cvent), email and marketing automation (Pardot), social (Sprout Social/Falcon), video (YouTube), images (PicturePark asset manager), contact lists, etc.
Lead Templafy presentation MarTech platform project and overhaul all PS and EMS presentations and administrate platform
Support events (virtual and live – trainings, webinars, shop tours, golf tournaments, etc.)
Support photography and video productions
Support marketing strategy and branding
Administrate Pardot contact lists
Support RES AME Marketing and Communications Director as needed
Support global RES marketing and communications team as needed
Bachelor’s in marketing or similar Business degree
Minimum 3 years marketing, communications, and social media experience – B2B experience is preferred
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
Digital marketing certification preferred
Corporate branding experience is preferred
Strong professional and technical writing ability
Proficient with latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint
InDesign and graphic design proficiency
Project management experience
Video and photography experience
Social media experience including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and/or Facebook
Web experience including administration, optimization, paid search, and Google analytics
Content and image asset management experience
MarTech experience or equivalent in Sprout Social, Falcon, Pardot. Sitecore, Cvent, Monday.com
