We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and "out-of-the-box" creative thinker to join our team and help coordinate marketing initiatives for our three affiliated companies:

•   eCU Mortgage, which provides personalized mortgage solutions for First Service and other credit unions across the United States

•   eCU Technology, which provides an intuitive online account and loan opening platform for both First Service and other financial institutions

•   FSCU Investments, which offers investment planning and management to First Service members through CUSO Financial Services, L.P.

You will be working directly with each company to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that promote their products and services to consumers and other financial institutions. If you’re highly personable with strong communication skills, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy coming up with new ways to solve difficult problems, this might be the job for you. You will project manage a team of creatives to assist with development, creation, and production of marketing deliverables. This role requires strategic planning, creativity, and experience working with a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as a point of contact for the companies owned and affiliated with First Service. Meets with internal clients, identifies the project goals, creates a project brief and timeline, manages the project, ensures the project is on-time, reviews the final work to ensure it is accurate and within brand guidelines, and measures the results to ensure that the project met the original goal(s).

Oversees the ongoing campaigns for the credit union owned companies which include direct mail, email, and digital campaigns. Works with the creative team to develop creative assets as needed.

Manages the social media schedule and content for all companies affiliated with First Service. Ensures posts are timely, relevant, effective, and accurate. Works with creative team to produce images and video as needed.

Writes content as needed for marketing campaigns, press releases, and client/member communications.

Works closely with affiliated companies to know when upcoming tradeshows are planned and ensures that the sales team has the best booth image possible and needed materials to make the sale. Attends tradeshows as needed.

Assists with data validation of email campaigns, direct mail marketing, and member communication.

Works to maintain effective internal communication to ensure all employees are informed of marketing campaigns and objectives for the credit union owned companies. Serves as a backup for maintaining the department intranet content to ensure the information is accurate and current.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build strong relationships both inside and outside the credit union.

High level of problem-solving capabilities as well as curiosity, self-motivation and adaptability.

Creativity and innovation for finding new and more efficient ways of doing things.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to schedule work activities so deadlines are met and goals are accomplished in a timely and organized manner.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong work ethics and the ability to work with a fast-paced team.

Experience managing social media is preferred.
