Marketing Coordinator [JRP-01263]

The Energy & Resources BMC Supervising Associate will be part of a flexible team designed to allow our people to participate in and effectively contribute to cross-functional activities, gaining experience in working with diverse teams, expanding understanding of the EY business, and developing new skills. It is expected that this role will involve the management and coordination of input from our Global Delivery Services function to ensure cost effective delivery of our campaigns.


Help shape global marketing strategies and deliver highly impactful and results-driven multi-channel campaigns – using your experience in content marketing, messaging and copywriting to create content and assets that align to the client lifecycle, as well as interpret results to adapt your approach to achieve success.

Work with Energy BMC leaders in the ongoing development of the Energy & Resources site and with internal agency experts, meeting stakeholder expectations for content distribution, and assessing ROI as defined by a cross-sector taskforce.

Manage external supplier relationships including creative, digital and event agencies.

Act as liaison with the editorial, user experience and publishing team for the creation, optimization and publishing of campaign assets on

Design and manage campaign performance reporting across all platforms, ensure EY’s quality assurance and risk management processes, such as independence/BRET and SCORE are met

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on BMC issues, trends and long-term implications for EY’s brand strategy generally and its go-to-market approach in particular.


5 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications

Professional services experience preferred

A good understanding of marketing and communications principles and practice and how these support business priorities.

Knowledge and experience of creating both digital and multi-channel campaigns,

Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills, including attention to detail and an adherence to branding standards.

Strong project management skills, with a commitment to deliver against deadlines, and the ability to prioritize workload and proactively manage expectations of stakeholders.

Experience gathering client feedback to generate meaningful, actionable information that helps drive change and continuous improvement across the organization.

Excellent communications and networking experience and skills in a wide range of situations and with people at all levels within the organization

Ability to build strong relationships across the BMC function and with Energy leadership and help provide the marketing support required for go-to-market initiatives.

Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
