We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing overall support to the Marketing team by planning and executing marketing materials and activities to advance SLS’ strategic growth objectives, initiatives, and service offerings. The selected candidate will report directly to the Creative Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, organize, and maintain print and digital newsletters, project description sheets, proposal graphics, resumes, email campaigns, and other marketing and communication materials

Draft clear and concise business correspondence

Collaborate with key personnel to gather information for presentations, white papers, press releases, and web page updates

Create engaging social media content and maintains calendar schedule

Ensure all materials are high quality and adhere to branding guidelines

Maintain digital assets, including archives, shared files, and documents

Prepare and ship conference materials to event locations

Assemble and route business development and client appreciation packets

Monitor marketing inventory and apparel to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained

Coordinate vendors and quotes to fulfill product and printing requests

Order and ship employee business cards and company apparel

Arrange, schedule, and attend planning sessions

Perform related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University in Marketing, Communications, or related program

2+ years of experience in a marketing environment

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and visual communication skills with attention to detail

Experience in email marketing and social media platforms

Exceptional organizational and time management skills
