Please note this is a part-time contract role.

Johnson Development Corp. is currently seeking to hire a part-time Marketing Coordinator as a contractor for approximately 6 months (20-28 hours a week or as needed). In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the marketing for Johnson Development Corp., our related companies and individual communities. In addition, you will work with the Marketing Team to implement marketing and public relations strategy, events and promotional efforts. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Marketing for identified community.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong experience in digital and event marketing

Experience with HubSpot, Mail Chimp, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and be flexible on weekends and after hours for event work

Located within and familiar with the Woodlands or Montgomery County area is highly desired

Experience in community service/involvement and promotions is highly valuable

Ability to stand for long periods of time for event functions and lift items at least 40 lbs. for daily duties and event setup

High energy level to get things done and be proactive

Marketing and strong written and organizational skills

Ability to work independently, exercising judgment and reasoning skills

Technologically savvy

Provide a personal vehicle, proof of insurance and Texas Driver License

Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or related business operations a plus
